Randy Rector grew up working on a farm everyday after school to help his family survive. Not long after high school he would try his skills out being a dump truck driver. Randy loved driving a truck and did it for 20+ years but wanted to broaden his skill set. Randy bought his first loader in the 90s and soon realized there was a high demand for someone with that type of equipment and his skill set that he quickly developed. Not long after buying his loader, he bought a backhoe, became septic certified and started installing septic systems as well.
